Had this exact issue with a friend we kept coming back to until I found another Reddit post pointing to the filename. If you are sharing the map to others though an application such as Discord, be aware it changes the file name for the receiver sometimes. "Your galaxy scenario version differs from the host" "You do not have the files needed for this game" A heads up for those trying to play a custom map in multiplayer (galaxy forge) in Sins of the Solar Empire Rebellion and receiving the following errors:
